This site is best viewed with Internet Explorer 4.0+, but if you are lacking, you are out of luck. Netscape will work, but since my coding is so bad, the pages might not load correctly. My bad. I'm working on it. Oh yeah, 800x600 screen resolution or higher would be preferable.
